Cancellation and No Show Policy

Life doesn’t always go as planned, and occasionally an appointment may need to be changed. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call or text as soon as possible so your appointment time can be offered to another client.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services.

As an independent stylist, each appointment time is reserved especially for you. Providing adequate notice allows the opportunity to accommodate another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
